- Basic Provisions
- These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") are issued pursuant to Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter the "Civil Code") by the following company:

(hereinafter the "Seller") - These Terms and Conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and a natural person who enters into a purchase agreement outside of their business activity as a consumer, or within their business activity (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"), through the web interface located on the website at ratajart.com (hereinafter the "Online Store").
- The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement. Any deviations in the purchase agreement take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions and the purchase agreement are concluded in the Czech language.
- Information about Goods and Prices
- Information about goods, including prices and main characteristics, is provided in the Online Store catalog for each item. Prices include VAT, relevant fees, and return costs if the item cannot be returned by standard postal means. Prices listed remain valid as long as they are displayed. This does not preclude the conclusion of a special agreement.
- All product displayed in the catalog is informational; the Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase agreement for these items.
- Information about packaging and delivery costs is provided in the Online Store and applies only to delivery within the Czech Republic.
- Any discounts on the purchase price cannot be combined unless agreed otherwise.
III. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
- The Buyer is responsible for costs incurred when using remote communication to place the order (internet connection, phone charges).
- The Buyer may place an order:
• through their customer account, if previously registered
• by filling out the order form without registration - When placing an order, the Buyer chooses the goods, quantity, payment method, and delivery method.
- Before submitting, the Buyer may review and edit the order details. By clicking "ORDER", they submit the order, which is then deemed correct by the Seller. Completion of all mandatory fields and confirmation of having read the Terms and Conditions is required.
- The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email immediately following submission—this constitutes acceptance and forms the contract. The acknowledgement contains the updated Terms and Conditions.
- If the Seller cannot fulfill any part of the order, they will send an updated offer via email. Acceptance of this offer finalizes the purchase agreement.
- All accepted orders are binding. The Buyer may cancel the order before the acceptance notification is received.
- In case of a technical error in pricing, the Seller is not obliged to provide the goods at the incorrectly stated price and will inform the Buyer with an updated offer.
